I made the life-changing decision to leave my Silicon Valley corporate job and pursue full-time real estate investing making my money work for me (not a real estate agent). Real estate investing wasn't something I grew up learning about, and like many, I was told it was risky. But I was fed up with not being in control of my own time and career path. At my corporate job, I felt like I was waiting to be recognized and get a promotion or get that 2-3% salary bump, but I wanted to build something for myself.

It all started with me buying a rental home in Austin off the MLS and putting a renter in for a year-long lease. From there, I quickly moved on to flipping, short-term rentals, and commercial real estate. In just a few years, I've amassed several million dollars in real estate and over 1,800 units. I even made over $75,000 in a single month!

Real estate investing has given me the freedom to live life on my own terms. I can work from anywhere, take the summer off to spend with my children, and give generously to causes that I choose.

What I'm passionate about now is sharing my real estate investing success strategies with others. I want to make it easy for people to understand, and I want to empower others to build legacies for their children, retire early, and leave jobs that have been burning them out for years.

As a shy person from humble beginnings, I'm blown away by the doors that have opened for me. I've been asked to speak on stages, create digital online courses, coaching programs, and even write a book! It's been a dream come true, and I'm excited to show others what's possible when they invest in real estate.

I want to encourage others that real estate investing is possible for anyone who is willing to learn, grow, and take action. It doesn't matter if you've never done it before or if you think it's too risky. I'm here to show you that it's possible to build something for yourself, leave a legacy for your children, and make a significant impact in your community.
